Welcome to the Promote Prevent Library

The Promote Prevent Library is a searchable database of resources and materials selected and reviewed by National Center staff. Materials include published works, peer-reviewed research, curricula, and web-based resources that aim to provide up-to-date information on topics relevant to mental health promotion and youth violence prevention in schools.

You can search the library by using one of the following methods:

  • Search by Category. Select a category from the left toolbar to find all articles on this topic. When you click on a category, related subcategories will appear along with a brief description of that category.
  • Use the “Search” feature. Enter any keywords (e.g., title, author, description) into the search box in the upper left hand corner and this feature will find resources that match your search.
  • Use the “Advanced Search” feature. This allows you to search on more specific criteria and expand or narrow your search.

Please read our “Frequently Asked Questions” for more information.
